Why we need azure storage account?, Answer is if we need to install anything in azure means if you want to create any app service or others, we need setup files. so we need storage account where we upload the files.
Step for create the storage account in azure
two way to create the storage account,
1. Create storage through azure portal
Login in Azure Portal and click the storage account, if option is not coming in leftbar then search in searchbox
Follow the above steps, in last image, find the upload link click on upload link then one window open in right side. We can choose the multipile files for upload. If you want to create the folder and then upload the file under the folder then click on advance arrow, you will find the "Upload to the folder"

download the Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer and install it.
Open Azure Storage Explorer and then login with your detail
now you can find the upload link in the right side and first option in top menu.you can upload both, multipile files or multipile folders
